Bonuses, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All bonuses offered by SpinPolo, including deposit bonuses and free spin awards, are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's conditions, bonus funds must be wagered 35 times before a withdrawal request can be processed. Additional conditions — such as minimum deposit thresholds, maximum permitted bet sizes, time limits, and the requirement to enter a bonus code — apply to individual offers and are communicated at the point of claiming.

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are each set at £20. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 0–24 hours, although the time taken for funds to reach you may vary depending on your chosen payment method. We do not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been approved on our side.

If you do not agree with any change, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to discuss the closure of your account.
